Happy December Happenings

The time between Thanksgiving and Christmas goes so quickly.
We had lots of happy memories that I want to remember.

Logan went on a field trip to Everett with his Sports Medicine class.
He had a great time, and was on course to make it back by about 9.
I received this text from another student's phone (his had lost the charge).
He made it home about 11:45.

Presley's friend Lauren is living in Canada this year as she was selected to be on a Junior National Hockey Team.  She came home for her Christmas break early.

We celebrated the Seattle Sounders winning the MLS Cup by penalty shoot out.

Rylan had his Christmas program.
This is our music teacher, Mrs. Martinez.

I was in charge of buying a classroom gift for Ry's teacher.
I happened to be at a PTA meeting and she had requested 4 of these types of chairs, but the PTA only approved 2 so the parents purchased the other 2 to complete her set.
Ry and I set them up after Math Club.
She came in the next morning to these in her classroom.  She was so pleased.

We had some cold December days.

I went to the Christmas Sing-a-long at Sunnyslope.
This Santa only gave high 5's.
Harper and her friend were being silly.

I took these 2 out to dinner and Santa made his way around Applebee's.
He came and sat with us while we ate.

We watched Logan play Davis tonight.
He's #24 this year.
Harper fell asleep on our way to Grandma's house for Christmas.

We ate Reindeer pancakes.

We drove around Wenatchee to look at the Christmas lights.
The Seattle Seahawks house.
All 4 kids went out sledding.
I don't know how Rylan can be shivering after getting out of an 87 degree pool into 90 degree weather, but can stay outside in 19 degrees and sled for 2 hours straight.

We watched Christmas movies.
The Smith's came over and we watched Christmas Vacation and had dinner with them.

We did a little wrestling (and a little crying too).

Ry shoveled and Logan learned how to run the snow blower for Dave.

Presley and Harper's gingerbread family and dog were massacred the day after they won.
Presley was a good sport about this.
