Lots of "S" happenings!!
We have had so much snow this month.
I looked at my phone for pictures and I've taken a lot of snow pictures.
Luckily, the kids have loved being outside sledding.
The lots next to us have not sold so we have been using them as the most perfect hills.
There are the Nelson kids.
Our kids plus some neighborhood kids.
On Sunday, December 19th, we invited Ry's soccer team over for pizza and play.
They played soccer downstairs for most of the time.
We played a game of catching snowballs (marshmallows) in a cup.
And I read "Twas the Night Before Christmas". Each kiddo was given a box of $1 candy and every time I said the word "the" they passed their box to the right. It was a fun afternoon.
The soccer kids left and 3 hours later the Smith's showed up for our annual watching of "Christmas Vacation".
We had lots of food out.
And we all watched our favorite Christmas movie on the big screen.
On Tuesday December 22nd, we surprised the kids and took them to see the new Stars Wars movie.
We loved it!
We had a great start to our Christmas Break.
