Our week-end with Grandma

SOMEONE RETIRED!!

Grandma's last day of work was Wednesday, December 2nd.
Grandma and Papa drove up on Thursday for Presley's opening night.
Papa drove home that night, but Grandma stayed until Saturday.

We put her right to work though.
I was down at the theatre putting microphones on the actors.
Dave drove to Leavenworth to watch Logan's game.
So mom got dinner ready and watched Ry and Harper until I came back and picked them all up and headed back down to Presley's performance.

I know they enjoyed the show.
Papa drove home that night because he had some work on Friday.

The kids did not have school on Friday so we slept in, had breakfast, and then we watched the kids sled from Harper's window.
That's Logan hitting the jump he built.
Rylan on his tummy.
I took mom out shopping for a bit while Dave finished working.
Then we headed to Shelton's Tree Farm to pick out our live tree.
Logan, Grandma and Presley
All of us with our tree on top.

Bob and Tona drove up on Friday afternoon to watch Presley perform.
We ate dinner together and then Grandma stayed home with Dave, Logan, Rylan, and Harper and they watched The Santa Claus on the big screen.

On Saturday morning, Rylan had a basketball game so we met everyone there.
Rylan had a good game.
We went out to eat breakfast at Wild Huckleberry.
Then came back to our house while it began to snow.
Cristy took a picture of the front of the house with the snow coming down.
And the backyard too.
Everyone thought it was very pretty, and it was, but I was worried about them getting home after the play.
The play ended at about 4 and they all went straight home.

They texted me they made it about 6:30.

Fun and busy week-end for us with Grandma!!
