Fall Fun! (Pictures and Memories)

It's the last day of November, and we've had our first snow, but I wanted to include some fall fun we've had these last few months.

We had curriculum night in mid-September.
Ry's writing notebook.
I loved that he included a picture of Miryn, right in the center.
Harper's  self-portrait.
And a picture of her family.
How sweet of her to include our ages and our dead cat Callie.

She has done so well on all of her spelling tests.

We enjoyed Friday Night Lights at the Apple Bowl Stadium.
Ry and Harper liked to walk to the concession stand at half time.
Presley loved going and walking around with her friends at the games too.

Presley had a great season of soccer.
She led the team with assists and had a few goals too.
But they only won 2 games so that was tough.
She received the sportsmanship award for the season.

Harper and Ry built "mountains" one night with the magnetic sand.
They worked really hard on these!

In October we were busy with soccer!
Sometimes you have to play against your good friend.
(Ry's team won this time)

That's Ry and Harper in the body bubbles at the Apple Cup Soccer Tourney.

Logan, Ry, and Harper bought these little remote control cars that were really fun and fast.
Harper, Ry and I walked in the Wenatchee Alzheimer's Walk

And the Legard's walked in the Tri-Cities Alzheimer's Walk.

Logan's soccer team went completely undefeated this season.
I would gladly have given up a win or two during the season to have won the Washington Cup earlier this month.
The third and fourth place team actually played in the championship game.

Ry's season ended on a weird note.
We had one final game left in Hayden, Idaho that cancelled due to snow on November 5th.
(and that game was actually a reschedule from all the smoke in early September).
We never made that game up (only played 9 games rather than 10), so they could have taken 2nd or 3rd in their division based on how we would have done in that final game.

Presley was one of the students of the month in October.
She's in the upper left, next to Mr. Goveia.

Grandma made it to Kellogg, Idaho a couple times to add some season decorations to Grandma Berries niche.

We received a knock on the door and opened it to find the Delvo's delivering a pumpkin pie to us.
They were thanking us (as they have many times through this year) for helping them a year ago when their house burned down.

I love getting sweet texts...

I don't even feel like we've seen much of Logan this fall.
He must have done something to make Harper mad.

I was online shopping and writing back and forth with Rylan

My mom and I have already been texting about our love for Hallmark Christmas movies.

I haven't watched Days of our Lives for 25 years, but I knew exactly who mom was talking about when she texted about a Christmas movie starring Sami Brady (that's her characters' name on Days of our Lives, her real name is Alison Sweeney).

I bought a 1000 piece Christmas puzzle on Black Friday.
This may have been a bit ambitious for us, but were working on it a little bit each night and it's slowly taking shape.
