Day 309, Friday, November 6th
About 11:30 today, I started seeing smoke from a house fire.
Pretty quickly a group text was started that it was one of Sunnyslope's teacher's home.
Presley is good friends with her daughter.
They lost everything in the fire, including their pet cat.
We went out and put together a care package of new jammies, toothbrushes, underwear, and some toiletry items and Presley (and two friends) added these sweet notes.
We delivered it this evening and Presley and Ella helped Kaydie sift through the rubble and found some pictures, report cards, and baby clothes.
It was an emotional day.
Day 310, Saturday, November 5th
Ry's first basketball game of the season.
Ry's last soccer game of the season in Yakima.
They lost 4-5, but Ry had 2 goals.
Cristy drove to watch Ry play.
And then we all ate at Miner's.
A BIG sports day for Rylan.
Day 311, Sunday, November 6th
After Ry's soccer game in Yakima, we drove to Spokane, stayed the night, and watched Logan's game at Spokane Falls Community College on Sunday morning.
He won 3-0, and this was one of his saves.
Day 312, Monday, November 7th
The pumpkins are still on the porch, but we had our Christmas lights hung.
Day 313, Tuesday, November 8th
Nearly every poll and media outlet did not predict Donald Trump to win the electoral vote and become our nation's President.
Day 314, Wednesday, November 9th
I left Presley in charge while I dropped off Rylan at Sunnyslope for practice.
When I drove in, Harper was waiting at the window for me.
Day 315, Thursday, November 10th
Dave's text to let me know he'll be late tonight.
