Day 295, Thursday, October 22nd

We've got SOD!!

Day 296, Friday, October 23rd

And 12 hours later we've got a yard!!

Day 297, Saturday, October 24th

Logan and Presley are both involved in ASB this year. 

They had a day long meeting with skits at the end of the day. 

Clearly, I didn't have the best seats. 

Day 298, Sunday, October 25th

Mom and Dad came for the day. 

Dad hung a very heavy mirror for me and mom warmed herself by the fire pit. 

Day 299, Monday, October 26th

Waiting at 8 AM for the deer to cross to get back home from dropping the kids off at school. 

Day 300, Tuesday, October 27th

Presley won Student of the Month. 

And I wasn't there.  

Post coming on that as soon as I figure out how to upload the video. 

Day 301, Wednesday, October 28th

I did make it to Harper's first school field trip to the pumpkin patch. 

Lea's Day-Lea's, Week 42 (2015)

Day 288, Thursday, October 15th

Some days the kids will run from the mailbox to home.  That's Harper, way ahead of the boys.  They gave her a 10 second head start and she won. 

Day 289, Friday, October 16th

Harper has wanted a pair of footed jammies since summertime.  

I saw some at Target today and bought her a pair. 

She was so happy. 

(and my dining chairs finally showed up today)

Day 290, Saturday, October 17th

I took Ry, Harper, Presley, and her friend Ainsley ice skating tonight. 

Ry and Harper fell a lot of times, but they always just got right back up. 

Day 291, Sunday, October 18th

Dave hung this frame of the kids' first outfits for me today. 

Day 292, Monday, October 19th

Ry and Presley really wanted footed jammies too. 

So off to Target I went today in search of their sizes. 

Day 293, Tuesday, October 20th

I've had an icky bug bite on my ankle and Presley has been taking care of me.

It was almost bedtime and these three were snuggling behind Dad.

Day 281, Thursday, October 8th

A little love note from Presley as I opened the fridge at 6 AM to make lunches. 

Day 282, Friday, October 9th

A dining table with no chairs makes a good place for some yoga. 

Day 283, Saturday, October 10th

Ry played in the Apple Cup tournament this weekend. 

They had an 8 AM game and won. 

Day 284, Sunday, October 11th

An undefeated tournament for the championship!

Ry played very well this tournament. 

He scored goals in every game, including 3 penalty kicks.  

Day 285, Monday, October 12th

It was conference week and received good reports for all the kids. 

This is Ry's conference form he filled out. 

Day 286,  Tuesday, October 13th

These three watched YouTube videos all cuddled together after school today. 

Day 287, Wednesday,  October 14th

Ry made a bike jump today.  

He thought he was pretty cool.

Day 274, Thursday, October 1st

Someone missed Presley while she was for one night at camp. 

It was a really good time for Presley. 

Day 275, Friday, October 2nd

I walked in to pick up Harper and Ry from school today, and I normally don't do that. 

She spotted me but then was unsure if she could get out of line to join me.

Day 276, Saturday, October 3rd

The only picture I took today. 

Presley, Ry and I were on Highway 17 headed into Othello for Ry's game.  

I was stopped on a 2 lane highway, waiting for a motorhome pulling a car to turn left. 

This semi was going way too fast and instead of rear ending me, swerved past my right bumper, and lost control of his truck and dumped his truck into the canal.  The two men inside climbed out of the passenger window.  Everyone was fine, but I was pretty shaken up.  

Tricia texted me this 5 generation picture. 

105 year difference between the oldest in our family and the youngest. 

Day 277, Sunday, October 4th

Dad, Logan and Harper were still in Seattle for Logan's soccer games (won both games this weekend) so we went to see Hotel Transylvania 2.  They were being monsters here.

Dave wasn't busy today so we went to see an afternoon movie. 

Day 280, Wednesday, October 7th

After Harper's last game of the season we went to Abby's for a team pizza party. 

Her coach, Brock, called her the "scorer" for the team.

Presley left for 6th grade camp this morning. 

Logan loved camp so I'm excited to hear her take on it.
