Saturday morning was the Youth Parade.
Presley has walked in lots of youth parades with Stage Kids! 2016 was our favorite:
The Junior Royalty (5th graders) get to ride on a float and the Apple Blossom Royalty ride in cars.
It was a very rainy morning

The rain stopped just minutes before the start of the parade and they were able to ride down the streets without getting soaked.
After the parade, it was time to start getting ready for Presley's Senior Prom.
She went to get her hair done by the same lady who did it for pageant night.
She went with this lovely group of friends out to dinner at Atlas Faire
She danced the night away and had such a fun and memorable time!
Sunday was the annual Funnel Cake Eating Contest, where the royalty stands behind their dads and feeds them a funnel cake on the main stage at the food fair.
You'd think this would be Dave's event to shine.
Right before they went on stage, Presley turned to him and said "Ive been shaking hands with lots of people and I can't find any hand sanitizer", and they were announced to go up.
Presley's strategy was to just shovel the cake in his mouth, and she forgot about the water bottle so that he could actually get it down.
Dave saw the group pic online and texted it to me.
And the boy that Presley babysits found her trading card at the food fair and kept saying "that's my Pesley"
