Spring Break (lots of pics)

On Friday, March 29th, Presley missed school because she was leaving to go to California with a friend and her family. 

Rylan and Harper had big hugs for her before they left for school. 

That night the five of us went to Logan's soccer game in Sunnyside. 

Cristy and Lanae came to watch too. 

They lost tonight, 1-2. 

The next day, Dave took Rylan and Harper to Rylan's 2 soccer games in Spokane. 

They stayed the night at the Davenport. 

They tied one game and won one game. 

They got caught in a rainstorm while walking downtown. 

Rylan texted me this picture of a treat they shared. 

We had a great week off from school. 

Soccer started for Harper and she's wearing Rylan's old shoes. 

Logan played against Moses Lake and had a good 4-2 win tonight. 

Rylan's coach asked Ry to be goalkeeper on Saturday because both of their keepers were supposed to be out of town, so Logan did a little training with him. 

Turns out, one of the keepers stayed in town and Ry didn't need to play goalie. 

Logan had to have a vaccination. 

He didn't pass out, but did need to lay down afterwards. 

Meanwhile in sunny California...

Star Wars Land hasn't opened yet, but its getting close.

We did Find a Phone on Presley's phone one day and she was clearly at the beach. 

Presley came home on Wednesday evening with souvenirs for all of us. 

Always looking for us, but we had locked them out :).

And a lost tooth during the week too. 

We went to see Shazam on Friday afternoon. 

Dave took Presley out golfing twice, once to Rock Island and once to Three Lakes, where she practices for the high school. 

And more soccer on that last weekend of spring break. 

They tied 2-2 on Saturday.

Ry had one goal and one assist today. 

And won 3-2 on Sunday. 

Ry had one goal and 2 assists today. 

Grandma and Papa Nelson came to watch Sunday's game. 

We looked forward to the NCAA championship game on Monday, Virginia vs. Texas Tech. 

Virginia won in overtime. 

I found this note that Ry had slipped under the bathroom door to one of his siblings :).

You can't wrap up spring break better than Minecraft after a poop!
