A Super Sized Weekend

We had a busy, busy Friday through Sunday!

Friday was Sunnyslope's Superhero Scramble day.
Wonder Women and Captain America made an appearance!

The second graders had their time in the morning and the 5th graders were in the afternoon.

Presley wore this same Captain America shirt when she was in 5th grade too, and it originally belonged to Logan.  I have to try to remember to have Harper wear it her 5th grade year.

Presley (5th grade, September 2014)

Rylan (2014, 2nd grade)
He was Captain America that year too.

Harper participated in a cheerleading camp at the high school during the week.
On Friday night she got to cheer from the stands and then do a short dance routine on the field at halftime.
First, she taught Logan her cheers.

Friday night at the Wenatchee Panthers game.
She had a fun time.

On Saturday morning Harper had a game at 9 AM and then Ry had an away game.
Logan and Presley stayed home and Dave, Harper and I went with Ry to that.
He had 3 goals this game, and they won easily.

On Sunday, Ry had a game at 11 against the number 1 team in his league and they lost 0-1.
It was a great match up and we'll get another chance to beat them later this month.
Ry was one of the captains.
One of the parents yelled out, "get the ball and score Ry" and he looked over and gave a fist pump to the crowd.

Logan's Sunday game was at 1 so after Ry's first game, we headed to Hydro Park.
Logan's team won 1-0...a really great match up with the 2nd place team in his division.

Presley and Harper kept occupied by throwing grapes into each other's mouths.

Finally, Ry had his last game of the week-end at 3:30.
They won this game 4-1 and Ry had one goal off of a corner kick.

We made it home in time for dinner and a little swim before bed.
