Holiday Spice: November 19th

Back in September Presley was asked to participate in a Wenatchee Christmas show.
Only 12 girls were asked out of the whole Stage Kids production so it was kind of a big deal for Presley.
She practiced Wednesdays and Sunday evenings.
Thursday night was her performance.
They sang, danced, and did a skit that involved a Christmas medley based in the 1950's.

Logan had a basketball game so Dave went and watched that.
Harper, Rylan and I went out to eat and met them there.

As we left.
She wanted to do her own stage make-up tonight.
With her friends Ella and Ainsley.

Presley during her speaking part.

The final pose.

When I went to pick her up she struck a pose.

So glad this one was born with zero personality :)

Lea's Day-Lea's, Week 46 (2015)

Day 316, Thursday, November 12th
She drew a picture of me tonight
(with a pink crown)

Day 317, Friday, November 13th
Family Movie Night
We watched "Tomorrowland"

Day 318, Saturday, November 14th
Logan's last soccer game of the fall season.
They won tonight and officially took 2nd place for their Premier League.

I took Logan for his physical last week and he's grown 6 1/4 inches and gained 37 pounds in one year.
He's 5'10 1/4 and 136 pounds.

Day 319, Sunday, November 15th
Watching a Hallmark Christmas Movie with Presley

Day 320, Monday, November 16th
I don't know that I've ever seen a text from Dave that he uses the crying emoticon.
But Peyton Manning hurt will do that to Dave.

Day 321, Tuesday, November 17th
Dave finally did the pumpkin roll with the kids tonight.

Day 322, Wednesday, November 18th
A rainy ride to school.
Harper noticed the rainbow.

Lea's Day-Lea's, Week 45 (2015)

Day 309, Thursday, November 5th
Playing Ninjas.
Good thing Presley was there to get them to their mission.

Day 310 Friday, November 6th
I took the kids to the school book fair and Ry picked out a book that had a special pen that wrote invisible, but could light the words up with a special magic light.

Day 311, Saturday, November 7th
A busy sports day for Rylan.
Basketball game at 10 AM.
Soccer game in Moses Lake at 1:00.
He won both.
I love the soccer picture because he's giving a high five to 6 year Chris after he made the assist to Chris to score his only goal of the season.

Day 312, Sunday, November 8th
Dad, Logan, and Harper were in rainy Seattle for Saturday and Sunday for Logan's games.
Dad had to buy a new hat and umbrella to stay dry.
Logan won one and lost one game this weekend.

Day 313, Monday, November 9th
Dad sent out a group text message to remind the parents of no practice on Wednesday because of Veterans Day and the school gym would be closed.
One of the parents wrote this back, and I thought it was so nice.

Day 314, Tuesday, November 10th
A very cold, but filled pool.
Sure wish it was September 10th and we could jump in.

Day 315, Wednesday, November 11th
No school because of Veteran's Day meant keeping the kids busy.

Day 306, Monday, November 2nd
These two are almost always touching each other.
They watched TV like this for a long time.

Day 307, Tuesday, November 3rd
So nice to see a sunrise this morning.

Day 308, Wednesday, November 4th
Finally filling the pool!!

Trick or Treat!!

After we got home from the boys' wet wet wet soccer games, we opened up our little Halloween goodies.
These two received a package of Pokemon Cards.

Logan received some breath spray from the Lindholm's.
He was sharing with Rylan, but wouldn't let Ry do it on his own.

We carved pumpkins, ate dinner, and put our pumpkins out front.

Dave, Logan, and his friend Colby stayed home to pass out candy.
I took Presley, Ry, and Harper around our neighborhood.
It didn't rain one bit while we were out.
We had so much fun!!
I love that we live in a neighborhood with lots of kids!!
Luke Skywalker, a nerd, and a cowgirl were my dates for the evening.
They were on a mission!
We snuck up to our house for our last trick or treat stop.
Daddy tried to close the door on us.

We drove over to see Grandma and Papa.

Logan did not want to dress up this year, but he was happy to wear pumpkin socks with shorts all night.

I was happy to get this picture text from Amy.
Our beautiful cousins!!

We had a really fun Halloween night!!

Carving Pumpkins: October 31st

Logan and Rylan each had a home soccer game today.

Thankfully, they were on the same field and at the same time.

It rained and rained the entire game time, but as we were leaving, there was a short sun break.
The both got wins today.

When we got home, Dave heated up the garage and set up the pumpkins on a folding table and we got to work.
And laughed when Ry came out in his underwear and full surgical gear.
Harper was done first so she thought Logan's pumpkin might need a little help.

Scary pumpkin face, happy pumpkin face, profile of Dracula, and a kitty
Logan, Presley, Rylan, and Harper

We were ready for trick-or-treaters!
