Mom texting about Gonzaga playing in March Madness

Harper asked me to video herself doing a cartwheel for her competitive gymnast friend, who was at a state competition.  

I also sent Presley and Logan doing a cartwheel too.

Lea's Day-Lea's, Week 33 (2018)

Day 225, Monday, August 13th

Harper's last day of summer gymnastics.

They let parents and siblings down in the gym area for the last few minutes. 

Day 226, Tuesday, August 14th

Haircut day.

Harper's stylist added some colored chalk to her hair. 

Day 227, Wednesday, August 15th

In Leavenworth for dinner at Wok About Grill and to watch "Sound of Music"

I took Presley and Ella in August of 2016 too. 

Day 228, Thursday, August 16th

Movie and a playdate!

And the smoke was so bad, we went to see "The Meg" in 3D as a family tonight.

Ry's getting used to wearing his glasses.

Presley's friend stayed the night tonight.

Lea's Day-Lea's, Week 32 (2018)

Day 218, Monday, August 6th

A little evening porch Jenga game. 

I lost both times. 

Day 219, Tuesday, August 7th

Day 220, Wednesday, August 8th

Our 20th anniversary...

2 eye appointments, gymnastics class, and soccer practice. 

Good thing Dave was out of town. 

Day 221, Thursday, August 9th

All 4 diving in!

Day 222, Friday, August 10th

Presley waving good-bye at the window. 

Harper, Ry and I were headed to Spokane for Ry's soccer tournament. 

Logan and Presley stayed home to pick up Dave from the airport. 

Day 223, Saturday, August 11th

Dave's flight was delayed (a Sea-Tac worker stole an airplane and crashed). 

So Logan and Presley picked him up about 12:45 AM on the 11th. 

Presley sent me this selfie to let me know Dad was safe back at home. 

Day 224, Sunday, August 12th

Rylan's team took 2nd place, losing 2-3 in the championship game. 

I love how Ry was happy to hold up 2 fingers for 2nd place! 

It's all about fun for him, he could really care less if he wins or loses!

Lea's Day-Lea's, Week 31 (2018)

Day 211, Monday, July 30th

All 4 kids had dentist appointments today. 

They were all cavity free. 

Logan put his cavity free name flower at the very top. 

Day 212, Tuesday, July 31st

Logan had a special delivery of goodies by 2 of his girl friends tonight.

Day 213, Wednesday, August 1st

Playing Shark in the Water.

Sometimes you get in trouble playing with Nerf Guns.  And they have to be put in time out in the back of mom's car. 

Day 215, Friday, August 3rd

Logan and Ry like to do work out challenges int eh pool.  

Logan is doing a one armed pull up with the waterfall going and then Ry is supposed to follow.

Nearly midnight before Logan's birthday.

We Love You Logan!

SEVENTEEN: August 5, 2018

I think I was awake later than Logan on August 4th. 

It was definitely dark and quiet in his room when I hung the balloons. 

The first look at our 17 year old. 

He was making scrambled eggs for himself this morning. 

  A little later today, before his birthday visitors came. 

And my second quick click...Logan bonking Presley with his 7, on purpose!

I missed Logan's 16th birthday because I was at a soccer tournament with Rylan, and Dave missed the 17th because he was in Philadelphia for work. 

We'll try to be all together for the 18th!

Grandma, Papa, Samee and Miryn came today!

Miryn was so happy to see the kids and get to swim with them. 

She swam and swam!

And played dress up and with our Barbies. 

Wish we would have gotten a better picture before swimming.  

Logan requested Papa Murphys.

We scraped off the top layer. 

Miryn did offer to lick the candles though. 

We sang a little Sexy and Seventeen and Dancing Queen (from Mamma Mia) to Logan as he unwrapped presents. 

Such a nice day to celebrate Logan!

And as they were loading up, a back to back comparison.. 

Rylan's definitely taller than Grandma.
