Day 15, Thursday, January 15th
Harper's final test in personal finance.
Schmoozing with her teacher (she got an A in the class)
Day 16, Friday, January 16th
Harper had a half day of school because of the end of the semester so we decided to drive to Newberg for Ry's weekend games.
We picked him up after the loss and took him to Panda Express and dropped him back off.
Presley and Kel came to the game too, but they left right afterwards.
Day 17, Saturday, January 17th
Bringing Ry a coffee this morning before his pre-game shoot around.
After the game
Day 18, Sunday, January 18th
Harper had volleyball practice at noon today so we drove home and got in early this morning.
After practice she hung out with friends--no school tomm for MLK.
Day 19, Monday, January 19th
On Friday night after Ry's game we were all walking back to the car.
I had the bright idea to jog around the track heading out to the parking lot.
Dad and Harper took off and I thought it would be funny if I cut across the track and beat them.
I let them go ahead and then I took off and I slipped in some sand from the long jump pit and totally bit it and rolled my ankle.
Harper said she heard me squeak out "Dave, I fell" when she turned aorund to find me.
This was actually Saturday morning in the hotel.
And on Monday morning Dad wrapped my ankle up for support and compression.
I was hobbling along for the next few days.
Day 20, Tuesday, January 20th
Ry's team played on Tuesday and they got a WIN in overtime!
Their record is 2-14....Yikes.
Their record is 2-14....Yikes.
Day 21, Wednesday, January 21st
Dave's been bowling the last few weeks to step in for a regular team member who is working on repairing Highway 2 into Leavenworth from the rain/mud slides that happened in December.
He bowled good the first week, not so great last week, and then got 2 announcements last night for high scorer for his 212 and 208 games.
