Ry went up on a hike with his friend Finn and their soccer team and then had a playdate at Finn's house.  It makes me so happy when parents send me little texts like this.

I took the kids to Glaze in East Wenatchee today.

Sometimes the kids have to show patience and wait at the corner for little sister.

Presley, Logan and I enjoy a cup of tea each night snuggled in my bed. 

On Wednesday nights we watch "Home Free" from 9-10.

Day 225, Thursday, August 13th

Someone picked out all her kindergarten supplies tonight. 

Day 226, Friday, August 14th

Ry and Logan had soccer tournaments in Skagit Valley and it was rainy and cold there. 

Day 227, Saturday, August 15th

Logan at his first of two Saturday games.  They won both of these games. 

Day 228, Sunday, August 16th

Rylan's Fire Team won the championship game. 

This game went into double overtime and then to penalty kicks. 

Rylan made his penalty kick. 

Harper, Presley, and I were in Spokane/Coeur d'Alene for her kindergarten shopping trip. 

We stopped to climb a little bit of Tubb's Hill this morning. 

Day 229, Monday, August 17th

Harper's favorite part of moving has been the unpacking part. 

She found these jammies and high heels and put this on at 2 in the afternoon. 

Day 230, Tuesday, August 18th

Oh, how I've missed living in a neighborhood with smooth streets and sidewalks. 

The kids had their bikes and scooters out and was racing down the hill as I was watching. 

Day 231, Wednesday, August 19th

Logan and Presley both had orthodontic appointments today. 

They were put in chairs right next to each other.

Day 218, Thursday, August 6th

Habitat for Humanity came to pick up our donation at the old house and these 4 played on the trampoline.  They're missing it at the new house. 

Day 219, Friday, August 7th

Waking up to the view from our breakfast nook. 

Day 220, Saturday, August 8th

Our 17th wedding anniversary.

I spent it with these 3 young ladies at a Taylor Swift concert in Seattle.

Our fire pit was delivered earlier this week and we sat outside and enjoyed it tonight. 

Day 222, Monday, August 10th

Who needs grass when there's dirt to play in?

That's Ry and Harper way out there. 

Day 223, Tuesday, August 11th

Getting this house organized has been slow and I wonder why.  

And then I get texts like this when I'm in the kitchen and run into Presleys room to find this. 

Day 224, Wednesday, August 12th

Logan had a soccer try out at Starfire that was delayed because we were caught in a summer rain, thunder, and lightning storm. 

Lea's Day-Lea's, Week 31 (2015)

Day 211, Thursday, July 30th

I woke up to find Ry on the couch reading "Amulet" on his IPod.

Day 212, Friday, July 31st

Presley has been waiting all summer to watch "Disney Descendants" and it aired tonight. 

The kids stayed up late and got to watch it on one of our last nights at this house. 

Day 213, Saturday, August 1st

The new couch was delivered today. 

Day 214, Sunday, August 2nd

The first game of four square on the driveway was played. 

Day 215, Monday, August 3rd

I came upstairs to wake these 3 up (Harper's been sleeping in the boys room on the floor because we got rid of her bed) and at some point in the night, they all ended up in Ry's bed. 

Day 216, Tuesday, August 4th

Our outdoor furniture arrived today. 

For months, Dave has been saying he'd like to enjoy his cup of morning coffee outside on the deck. Today, that became a reality. 

Day 217, Wednesday, August 5th

We promised him he'd be the first in our family to celebrate his birthday at the new house. 

We barely made it, but he did turn 14 at the new house.
